2. The present application seeks restoration of C.W.J.C. No. 19474 of 2010 which is stated to have been dismissed due to noncompliance of the order dated 01.12.2010.
3. From the records it transpires that the said case was only dismissed against respondents no. 2 and 8 to 12 and later on, the writ application itself was dismissed as having become infructuous, by order dated 06.01.2015.
