JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 10-05-2023 At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that because the trial itself is on the verge of conclusion and the parties are in the midst of argument in the trial court, he would not press this application for the present.

Learned APP for the State has no objection to the same. Learned counsel for the petitioner has informed this Court that the defence argument has already been concluded in the learned trial court.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, this Court directs the learned trial court to conclude the trial within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. This application is disposed of accordingly.
