2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in Rajpur P. S. Case No. 38 of 2026 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 49, 143(1), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per prosecution case, several minor girls were recovered from the Moonlight Cafe and Family Restaurant. Petitioner is owner of the aforesaid hotel, who in connivance with the Manager, used to bring minor girls in his hotel for the purpose of immoral trafficking.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner has no knowledge or concern with the alleged recovery of minor girls and he has been made accused in this case merely because he is owner of the hotel. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the nature and seriousness of accusation, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
