1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following reliefs:

"That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ and/or order and/or direction commanding respondents especially respondent no.7 to make necessary correction on ASWIN

2/4 PORTAL (ID No. A17043163) with regard to correction of Date of Birth of the petitioner in view of the memo no. 2496 /Gopalganj dated 28.11.2025 issued by the respondent no. 6 and letter no. 889 dated 11.12.2025 by the Respondent No. 7. So that the petitioner may get her monthly Honorarium as well as incentive / commission for community health work as Asha Worker. The ASWIN PORTAL is an online portal which has been used by the National Health Mission for managing the data of Asha Worker. The petitioner further seeks a direction to the respondents to make payment of monthly Honorarium as well as incentive /commission as Asha Worker at Community Health Centre, Manjha from July 2025 to till date."

3. The case of the petitioner in brief is that the petitioner was working as Asha Worker under community Health Centre, Manjha, Gopalganj at Sub-Health Centre, Koini, Karnpura Anganwari Centre no.10 since 28.12.2005. Her date of birth is 16.4.1974.

4. It is the case of the petitioner that instead of her correct date of birth being 16.4.1974, the date of birth having incorrectly been recorded in the Aswin Portal as 28.4.1965, she was removed and consequently she is not getting her honorarium.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner refers to letter no. 2496 dated 28.11.2025 (Annexure-P/2) written by the Civil Surgeon (respondent no. 6) to the Incharge Medical Officer (respondent no.7) asking him to accept the correct date of birth of the petitioner as 16.4.1974. It further transpires from the letter no. 889 dated 11.12.2025 (AnnexureP/3) written by the Incharge Medical Officer (respondent no. 7) to the petitioner that the respondents have accepted the correct date of birth of the petitioner as 16.4.1974 that she is being reappointed as Asha Worker and directions have been given to her to start working at the above anganwadi centre.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as a result of the confusion in the date of birth of the petitioner, the honorarium is not being paid.

7. Having heard counsel for the parties and having perused the contents of the petition especially the communications of the respondent nos. 6 and 7, the writ application is disposed of directing the respondents to start paying the honorarium to the petitioner as per her entitlement.

8. In case for any reason the petitioner is held still not entitled for payment of honorarium, an order in writing shall be provided to her giving reasons therein within a period of four

4/4 weeks of the receipt of a copy of this order.
