The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was involved in occurrence of assault along with co-accused Rajiv Ranjan Prasad.

The main allegation of commission of injury at the head is on co-accused Rajiv Ranjan Prasad.

Considering the aforesaid facts as well as the fact that petitioner is a female, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on
