Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 70 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 4 and 26A of Bihar Laghu Khaniz Samudan Act, 1972, Sections 3, 4, 8, 33 and 40 of Bihar Mineral Prevention of Illegal Mining Storage Rule, 2003 and Section 15 of Pollution Protection Rule.

At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that all the sections are bailable in nature and,
