This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 27.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 5025 of 2018. It has been submitted that petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the aforesaid order but he could not surrender in the court below within stipulated time as he was not informed about the bail order by his pairwikar. It has further been submitted that petitioner is an illiterate person.

In such circumstances, this modification application is allowed to the extent that the time for surrender of the petitioner in the court below is extended for further four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. If the petitioner surrenders in the court below within aforesaid period, he will be
