2. This application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 32198 of 2017, which has been dismissed for default on account of non-prosecution, vide order dated 28.03.2024. It is submitted that delay was neither intentional nor deliberate.

3. Further, for the reasons as mentioned in the restoration application itself, the present petition is allowed and the Cr. Misc. No. 32198 of 2017 is restored
