The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Samastipur (M) P.S. Case No. 683/2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307/324/341/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, save and except, the allegation against one Vilash Sahani, there is no role attributed to the present petitioners.
Considering the aforementioned facts and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34064 of 2019(2) dt.23-05-2019 2/2 circumstances and that these petitioners have got a clean antecedent, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-V, Samastipur, in connection with Samastipur (M) P.S. Case No. 683/2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
