2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following relief:

"That the petitioner seeks kind indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for issuance of an appropriate Writ/Writs, Order/Orders or direction/directions, particularly a Writ in the nature of Mandamus, giving direction and commanding upon the respondents to pay the due salary of the petitioner, for the work done on the post of Handicapped Teacher, for the period from January, 1992 to July, 1998, which has been withheld illegally and arbitrary by the concerned respondents."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner drew the attention of the Court to the fact that for the said

Patna High Court CWJC No.19416 of 2015 dt.31-08-2017 2/2 cause, he has also filed representation before the respondent no. 3, which is still pending.

4. Learned counsel for the State submitted that the same shall be disposed off.

5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 5 to ensure that the representation filed by the petitioner, copy of which is Anneuxre-7 to the writ petition, is disposed off expeditiously and latest within a period of four weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order before him.

6. The respondent no. 5 shall also take into consideration the order dated 29.04.1999 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5774 of 1996 in the case of Jawahar Lal & anr. vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.
