2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition be disposed off with liberty to file appeal before the State Appellate Authority (hereinafter referred to as the 'Authority') against the order dated 02.09.2015 passed in Appeal No. Misc. 02 of 2014, by the District Teachers

Patna High Court CWJC No.714 of 2016 dt.31-08-2017 2/2 Employment Appellate Authority, Buxar.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents do not oppose.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.

5. If an appeal is filed before the Authority within four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off on merits expeditiously and within the statutory time, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, without being prejudiced by the present order.
