This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Bairgania Police Station Case No. 145 of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner and no specific overt act is attributed to him. The main allegation of assault on the head of mother of the informant with Farsa attributed to co-accused Gajendra Thakur. Hence, the petitioner deserves the privilege of anticipatory bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31215 of 2018 (2) dt.07-06-2018 let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Bairgania Police Station Case No. 145 of 2015, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
