The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegedly, it is a case of abduction of the daughter of the informant by the accused persons.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that according to the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. in which she has stated that her age is aged about 20 years and she asserted that she solemnized marriage on her own sweet will with this petitioner and there is no complicity of this petitioner in this

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Miss Shobha, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Sarai P.S.
