====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-09-2020 Due to COVID-19 Pandemic, the matter is being taken up by way of virtual Court proceeding.

The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Heard the parties.

Following relief(s) have been sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application:

Patna High Court CWJC No.8191 of 2019(4) dt.25-09-2020 2/3 "1(i) For payment of retiral dues including pension according to the pay fixation, done by the respondentuniversity under notification vide Letter No. A/c 522/18 dated 16-082018.

(ii) Difference of salary and pay accruing upon grant of ACP/MACP from 09-08-1999 (Ist A.C.P.) 19-032005 (2nd A.C.P.) and 19-03-2011 (Ist MACP) to the date of retirement i.e.

31-08-2011.

(iii) Difference of amount of gratuity, leave encashment and arrears pension amount from 01-09-2011 to 31-05-2018. From 1-06-2018 pension is being paid in consonance with the pay fixation, done by the Respondent University under Notification dated 16-08-2018.

(iv) Penal interest on all the arrears amount/unpaid amount because except the petitioner, all other retired employees of the respondent college have been paid everything on their revised scale.

(v) Any other relief/reliefs to which the petitioner is found fit and entitled".

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievances of the petitioner has already been redressed by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8191 of 2019(4) dt.25-09-2020 3/3 respondents.

Considering the submissions advanced on behalf of the petitioner, no further order is required to be passed in this writ application.

Accordingly, the present writ application stands disposed of.
