JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 01-09-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through virtual court proceedings. In para-3 of order dated 01.06.2021, passed in Cr. Misc. No.3751 of 2021, it is mentioned that one country made revolver loaded with two cartridges is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that according to the seizure list, only one mobile is said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that 2720 gms. Ganja was recovered from the Scorpio vehicle. The petitioner is in custody since 01.08.2020.

Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38838 of 2021(3) dt.01-09-2021 2/2 in custody for more than a year, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below/successor court where the case is pending in connection with Meenapur P.S. Case No.284 of 2020 (NDPS Case No.62/20).
