Learned counsel for the State submits that whatever amount found payable under GPF has already been paid to the petitioner in June, 2014.

This writ application was filed on 16.1.2014 and therefore, the payment of amount to the petitioner may be the reasons for absence of the learned counsel for the petitioner. Be that as it may, in view of the stand taken by the learned counsel for the State this writ application has become infructuous and is, accordingly, disposed of.
