2. The instant criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 18.12.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64197/2024 by which the petitioner No. 1, namely, Shankar Prasad was granted pre-arrest bail.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner No. 1 submits that after getting anticipatory bail by this Bench, he tried to

No.28629 of 2025(2) dt.02-05-2025 2/2 furnish his bail bond during the prescribed period however due to unforeseen circumstances such as strike in civil courts of Bihar from 15.01.2025 to 20.01.2025, unavailability of train ticket during Mahakumbh, 2025, and also, difficulty in getting leave from the office, he could not surrender before the learned trial court within the prescribed period.
4. Having regard to the above submissions made by petitioner's counsel, this Court extends the period for surrender of the petitioner and submission of bail bond in terms of the order dated 18.12.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64197/2024 by another four weeks from today.
5. Rest of the order shall remain intact.
6. No further indulgence shall be granted.
