ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 19-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 205 of 2014 for the offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 325 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no specific allegation has been made against the petitioners save and except general and omnibus allegation as has been made against them. It is further submitted that petitioners have got no criminal antecedents.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40680 of 2016 (3) dt.19-11-2016 or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 205 of 2014., subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
