====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 13-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 13.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.32414 of 2017 by which the petitioner has been granted bail with certain conditions.

It appears that the petitioner has suppressed the factum of his involvement in Bela P.S. Case No.80/14 registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 504, 509 and 34 of the I.P.C in the bail application and, while granting bail, a direction was given vide Annexure 1 that before accepting the bail bonds, the court below would make verification regarding criminal antecedent of the petitioner and if he is found to be involved in any criminal case prior to filing of affidavit in that application, i.e., 12.06.2017, then he would not be released. In view of the fact

In the facts and circumstances of the case, in my view, no case is made out for any modification in the order concerned. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

However, this order would not come in way of the petitioner in filing a fresh bail application before the court concerned.
