2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 557 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of one country made pistol and four live cartridges from the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 22.12.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case.

6. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and the period of custody, this application

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 557 of 2025.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Alauli Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
