The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 598 of 2020 dated 30.11.2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307 & 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned J.M. 1st Class, Begusarai.

This is the second attempt of the petitioner to approach before this Court for anticipatory bail. Earlier, vide detailed order dated 23.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1612 of 2023, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected. Considering the fact that the injury sustained by the informant is grievous in nature, I am not inclined to enlarge the
