JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 19-08-2017 The only issue left now is whether the petitioner would be entitled to refund of Rs.2,74,000.00, which he has deposited to earn his reprieve and settlement of his post retiral dues. The drawal of Rs.2,74,000.00 by the petitioner is not a matter of dispute. Whether that drawal has been utilized and accounted for is something which would be required to be explained to the competent authority who have an obligation to examine the evidence offered by the petitioner and if they are satisfied about the accounting so made and explained by the petitioner about the utilization of the said drawal, then it goes without saying that the sum Rs.2,74,000.00 would stand
