The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of commission of murder of the daughter of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and she has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no eye witness to

The deceased had love affairs with someone else but the informant forcefully settled her marriage with Raju Ram against her will. Being aggrieved with the attitude of her mother, the victim committed suicide. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In contra, learned A.P.P appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. There is specific accusation against the petitioner that the petitioner along with other co-accused have committed murder of the daughter of the informant. The witnesses during investigation have supported the prosecution version and the doctor opined in the postmortem report that cause of death is due to asphyxia as a result of strangulation. In the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
