Obviously, the degree obtained by the petitioners has been obtained from an organization, which is not even an educational institution and is trying to dupe gullible people with similar sounding institution as Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi. The reason for removal of these petitioners is

Patna High Court CWJC No.818 of 2014 dt.09-02-2015 2/2 invalid degree, which they held and not for any other reason. If these petitioners do not have even the modicum of education and they have only obtained some kind of degree from fraudulent institution running as Board of Higher Secondary Education, Delhi then the peril is going to be of the petitioners and this Court will not come to their rescue by interfering with the impugned order in the writ application.

Writ is dismissed.
