In this case, the petitioner is raising grievance that an advertisement was published for appointment of P.D.S. dealer under the Bihar Control Order, 2007, but till date the same has not been finalized.
The petitioner is claiming that he belongs to most backward class. He has raised different grounds, which are not required to be gone into in the present proceeding.
Patna High Court CWJC No.12481 of 2015 (2) dt.04-08-2017 2/2 Let the respondent authorities finalize the matter with respect to the advertisement published for appointment of P.D.S. dealer within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application is disposed of.
