2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 353, 467, 420, 506 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have got added the name of voters of Ward Nos. 9 and 12 in the voter list of Ward No. 11.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is merely a resident of Ward No. 11 and has got no authority to prepare the voter list. It is the duty of the concerned department to prepare and publish the voter list. It is further submitted that due to political rivalry, this false and concocted case has been lodged. Petitioner claims

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, nature of accusation and clean antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is allowed.
7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Chapra, District- Saran, in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 401 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
