The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 54/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the petitioner being Mukhiya of Gram Panchayat Bhagipur purchased construction materials of Rs. 3,50,000/-. The petitioner issued cheques but the cheques were dishonoured.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already paid the amount to the informant but the informant filed a false and frivolous case taking advantage of the cheques received from the petitioner. The petitioner has also lodged a case against the informant being Alamnagar P.S. Case

Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 54/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Rakhi U T
