Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Jurawanpur P.S. Case No. 121 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Section 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38975 of 2021(2) dt.07-04-2022 2/2 permission to withdraw this bail application on behalf of petitioner nos. 2 and 3, above named.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn as against petitioner nos. 2 and 3, above named. So far as bail of petitioner nos. 1, 4, 5, 6 and 7 is concerned, the same is allowed considering the fact that there are general and omnibus allegations against them. Accordingly, let the petitioner nos. 1, 4, 5, 6 and 7, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IX, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Jurawanpur P.S. Case No. 121 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
