The petitioner seeks bail in Teghra P.S. case no. 40 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Sections 30( A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per written report total 195 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from a mustard field of Vijay Rai. Petitioner has been made accused merely on suspicion because he is son of Vijay Rai Petitioner is in custody since 20.2.2019.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II
