2. By way of this writ application the petitioner has prayed for quashing of Bihta P.S. Case No. 888 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018 and the petitioner has also prayed for a direction upon the respondent no. 5 not to harass the petitioner with threats of arrest or implication in the said case.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this application is disposed of with a

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.737 of 2025(2) dt.22-04-2025 2/2 direction to the respondent no. 5, not to arrest the petitioner during investigation of the crime.

4. The petitioner is also directed to co-operate in the investigation.
