The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Akorhi Gola P.S.Case No. 144 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 448, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, as contained in Annexure-2 to the present application in which she has not whispered a word against the petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from
