09-12-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner seeks bail in Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 9 of 2021, registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner was apprehended while committing road-robbery and on search, Rs. 1,000/- (one thousand) was recovered from his possession. Petitioner denies the allegation and submits that he has been falsely implicated in this case by the police. Petitioner is in custody since 15.01.2021. Chargesheet has been submitted. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the period of custody, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released
