JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against petitioner is that he fraudulently took Rs. 10,000/- from informant on the pretext of providing job. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses against petitioner. F.I.R. has been instituted after four months of the alleged occurrence. It is further submitted that petitioner is ready to deposit an amount of Rs.10,000/- in the court below which may be released in favour of informant.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs.10,000/- in the court below which shall be released in favour of informant. Let the above named petitioner, in the event of his/her arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
