2. This petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 19.02.2018 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Hilsa (Nalanda) in Cr. Revision No. 494 of 2017 as well as the order dated 16.11.2017 passed by learned A.C.J.M.-I, Hilsa (Nalanda) in Chandi P.S. Case No. 123 of 2017.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps for his grievance, if any, before the competent authority, in accordance with law.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
