10-03-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one of the writ petition i.e. C.W.J.C. No. 11892 of 2013 for similar relief has been dismissed by a bench of this Court with indication that if the Managing Committee feels, it may file appropriate petition. In view of order dated 05-02-2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 11892 of 2013, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file appropriate writ by the Managing Committee through its Chairman.
The prayer is allowed.
