2. The informant is the petitioner before this Court. He is aggrieved by the fact that no cognizance has been taken under Sections 420, 467 and 468 of the IPC against the accused persons of the case.
3. This application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file an application at the stage of framing of charge or at an appropriate stage and he will pray for framing of charge
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29480 of 2022(2) dt.23-06-2025 2/2 under Sections 420, 467 and 468 of IPC. If such an application is filed, the same shall be considered by the Trial Court in light of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Kanchan Kumar V/s State of Bihar, (2022) 9 SCC 577.
