====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 06-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners seek bail in Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 222 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) and 37(b) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

It is alleged in the written report that 9 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioners.

Petitioners are in custody since 18.3.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29108 of 2019(2 ) dt.06-05-2019 2/2 of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Jehanabad, in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 222 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioners.
