The settlement of post retiral dues of late husband of the petitioner has already been made, details of which is now available as Annexure- B to the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the State. Some kind of controversies is now sought to be raised by the counsel for the petitioner on an endorsement, which was made in the chart annexed as Annexure- IV.

The issue related to verification of grant of especially 2nd

Patna High Court CWJC No.8379 of 2015 (4) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 ACP. The matter was examined, the service book was forwarded to the Accountant General and based on the authorization and sanction, the payments have been made to the petitioner. In view of the same, the writ application stands disposed of. If the petitioner has doubts about the accounting and the calculation, she has all the time and energy to understand the same.
