JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-01-2021 The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, in view of the observations made by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.02.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 6353 of 2020, i.e. in the earlier petition filed by the petitioner for grant of bail, which has stood dismissed, to the effect that once the charge is framed, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail, inasmuch as charge has not yet been framed against the petitioner. The learned Senior Counsel, however seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach this Court for the purposes of renewal of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28807 of 2020(4) dt.29-01-2021 2/2 his prayer for bail after the charge is framed by the learned court of C.J.M. Arrah, District-Bhojpur Arrah in connection with Arrah Nawada P.S. Case No. 648 of 2019.
Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as not pressed, however with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of the charge against him by the learned court below.
