JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-12-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and State. The petitioners being the uncles of the husband of the victim are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the IPC. The accusation is of killing the sister of the informant after two years of marriage for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand of motorcycle and cash.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation against the petitioners is omnibus and general. In the formal part of the FIR, the petitioners are described as uncles of the husband of the victim. Moreover, thrust of accusation is against the husband of the victim, who is in custody.

No.59655 of 2017(2) dt.12-12-2017 2/2 Considering the thrust of accusation against the husband of the victim and the relationship of the victim with the petitioners, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Semra (Chiutaha) P.S. Case No. 127 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
