The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case no. 196 of 2016, registered under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26(ii)/35 of the Arms Act. The accusation is that on receiving information about gathering of the miscreants near Prushottampur High School, then informant and other Police officials reached there and on seeing the vehicle of the Police, two persons tried to flee away, out of them one person was apprehended and one person succeeded to flee away, who disclosed his name as Aditya Kumar @ Sohan Kumar. On search, one country made pistol was recovered from his possession and he also disclosed the name of this petitioner as his associate.

No.32364 of 2018(2) dt.14-06-2018 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner come in the confessional statement of co-accused and he was not apprehended on the spot. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No.196 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
