2. This writ petition has been filed for following reliefs:- "(i) To ensure the payment of petitioner's arrears of salary claim amounting to Rs. 36,23,338/- (Annexure 13 & 14) to the petitioner alongwith interest thereupon at least 12% per annum.

(ii) To hold and declare that the action of the authorities concerned of the respondent University in not considering the grievances of the petitioner, so raised in his representations dated 25.03.2022, 25.08.2022 and 12.11.2022 (Annexure 15, 16 &

17) is highly illegal, arbitrary, malafide, malicious

Patna High Court CWJC No.7757 of 2023(2) dt.21-11-2024 2/2 and unsustainable in the eye of law, which is tantamounting to the violation of Article 14 & 21 of the Constitution of India.

(iii) To make the payment of suitable amount of compensation (Rs. 10 lacs) to the petitioner for causing unnecessary harassment to the petitioner."

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for disposal of the writ petition with a direction to Respondent no. 2 to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner, vide Annexures 15, 16 & 17.

4. Considering the nature of grievance, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the concerned respondent i.e. Respondent no. 2 within a period of six weeks from today.

5. If such application is filed within stipulated time, the concerned respondent(s) shall examine the same and pass speaking order after hearing the parties in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of filing of such representation.

6. With above observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
