JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 10-02-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No.384 of 2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354(B), 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are cross cases with regard to the same incident and several persons from the petitioner's side caused grievous injury. The informant's side were the assailants.

Having considered the submission, perused the case diary and cross F.I.R. and also looking into the nature of allegation that open fight occurred, I am inclined to grant
