2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 307,448, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 534 of 2016.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the backdrop of petty disputes. It is submitted that two persons of the informant's side have sustained injuries on which injuries of Ravi Das are grievous in nature, but are attributable to co-accused Devanand Sah and not to the petitioner. Injuries sustained by the daughter-in-law of the informant which are attributable to the petitioner are simple n nature. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Learned APP opposes the petition on the basis of para 33 of the case diary submitting that the daughter-in-law of the informant has sustained injury on the head, which is on vital part of the body

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of
