JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-09-2017 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioners for quashing the order dated 20.11.2014 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Daraunda P.S.Case No. 212 of 2013 whereby, while taking cognizance of the offences under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, the petitioners have been summoned to face trial. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioners at the stage of framing of charge.
