The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chiraiya (Shikarganj) P.S. Case No. 58 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 399, 402, 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b), a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner except a mobile phone and the petitioner has no concern with the alleged illegal recovery. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 21.02.2020.
