This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Both sides are agnates and co-sharers. Land dispute is going on between the parties, which is evident from Complaint Case No. 3585 of 2014.

In the aforesaid background allegation is that the petitioner committed assault and took out rupees six thousand from the pocket of the informant.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kartahan P.S. Case No. 55 of 2016 to the satisfaction of Sri Vidya Prasad, Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, V, Vaishali at Hajipur, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
