1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 296 of 2022 registered under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is mother-in-law. She is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no specific allegation against her. Husband of the deceased is in jail custody. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
