The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 420 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is alleged to have obtained the job of Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged and fabricated certificate of Bihar Elementary Teacher Eligibility Test (BETET).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and only after due verification of his certificates by the authorities, he had been offered the job and he also received the salary. Petitioner is still in service and as per paragraph 3 of the bail petition, he has got no criminal antecedent.

In the facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender, let the petitioner mentioned above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Gaya in Neemchak Bathani Police Station Case No. 2 of 2020, subject to the
