For the Petitioner/s :

Mr.Mani Bhushan Kumar, Advocate For the Opposite Party/s :

Mr. Awadhesh Kumar Singh, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2022 Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with N. H. Bangra P.S. Case No. 93 of 2014 registered for offence under Sections-395, 412, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was disposed of vide Annexure-1 to the present application taking into account that the process under Sections-82 & 83 of the Cr.P.C. has already been issued against him. Hence, the anticipatory bail petition was not maintainable.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28740 of 2022(2) dt.06-07-2022 2/2 This is the second application of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail.

I find no merit in the present application to interfere with the earlier order dated 28-02-2022 annexed as Annexure-1 to the present application.

Accordingly, this application stands dismissed. (Sudhir Singh, J) A.K.V.//- U T
